A real street address

You can use this address as your postal address and receive correspondence and also express mail delivery since this is not a P.O.Box. Customers may choose to have their mail forwarded when needed; daily, weekly or quarterly – we are happy to meet your requirements. You may also choose to arrange to collect your mail if this is more convenient. We are happy to receive all types of mail, letters, parcels, special delivery and forward these as requested by the customer. We can also deal with urgent mail appropriately and can offer to scan and email, fax or courier urgent items as required.

A portuguese phone number

Your customers or business partners can phone you and leave a message in this number: we will take note of any message or contact attempt and inform you by email. At extra cost we can setup a phone forwarding system with a portuguese phone number.

A portuguese fax number

You can have faxes sent to your attention to this number. If you need your faxes to originate from Portugal you send us a PDF file and we will print it and fax it to the designated recipient.

A portuguese email address

Have yourname@provider.pt forwarding directly to you.

Invoicing and collections

We can generate your invoices and send them to your clients. We can also receive payments and wire or deposit them according to your instructions.

Banking and Money Transferences

We can assist you in opening or using a fiduciary bank account.
